Our Nikkei Omakase Experience is a 16-course chef’s choice menu. It offers cold and hot dishes, a sashimi, nigiri, hand roll Chef selections, desserts and will be updated based on seasonal ingredients.
Our Wagyu Omakase Experience is a 10-course Chef’s choice menu. It offers grilled Wagyu prime cuts from Japan, Australia or United States with Latin American flavors and sides.
